What makes Arden different?

Arden's new, innovative blended learning approach is completely built around you, the student. Here's what makes us so different:

1. Condensed seminars giving you time to study and progress your career

Many universities spread their teaching across the week, making it difficult for students to fit in much else. Arden’s blended model enables you to complete a full 3 year degree, with just 2 days face to face commitment per week. Leaving you the rest of the week to progress your career or spend as you wish.

This means you can gain valuable workplace experience while applying your learning directly. The best way to truly learn anything.

This could put you 3 years or more ahead of your peers at traditional university – a massive advantage in what is becoming an increasingly competitive graduate market.

2. Arden’s learning is active, not passive.

We believe that sitting in lecture halls being talked at for hours is not the best way to absorb knowledge. Arden’s learning model is about interaction, discussion and application of knowledge, allowing you to fully understand the material in depth.

Outside of classes, Arden's cutting-edge online learning experience is designed to build your knowledge, so when you attend seminars, you can engage the material in depth.

Our goal is for you to not only graduate but to become an expert in your chosen subject.

3. You can potentially graduate debt-free

By condensing seminars and providing materials online we are able to offer tuition fees 30% lower than most traditional universities. Whether undergrad or postgrad you can still access student funding.

What truly sets us apart is that because you can earn while you learn, you can even graduate debt free - putting you ahead of many studying at traditional universities.

4.5 out of 5

If you’re not 100% comfortable with university level study choosing 4 year degree would be a smart choice. The first year is designed to give you the basics needed to successfully complete the rest of the degree as it focuses on essential study skills. You will build your confidence and become a capable, well equipped student who is able to complete the full degree.

The four year degree is perfect for you if:

  • It’s been a while since you studied
  • You don’t feel you did well in previous academic study
  • You want to improve your time management skills
  • You’re not confident in writing assignments and would like some support
  • You want to learn research skill that can support your studies and assignments
  • You want some extra knowledge of the degree subject before beginning the course.

This foundation year is part of the full degree. If you are funding your degree by Tuition Fee Loan from the UK Government, your tuition fee for the foundation year will also be covered in this loan.
